The highest grade of Kochi Shuzo’s products, named after the nearby Niyodogawa river from whose waters this sake is made. Clean, modern, richly textured with notes of green apple, pineapple, and grapefruit thanks to the use of Gin no Yume rice and Kochi’s own CEL-24 yeast. Pairs well with sashimi (particularly shellfish and crustaceans), as well as tempura. Served chilled.
