We’ve placed our heads firmly in the stars and dared to dream about how thick and silky we could possibly make the body of an Oat Cream IPA. We’ve upped the flaked malts and adjusted mash temperatures to send the viscosity metre into orbit.
We’ve made the dry hop of Mosaic, Simcoe and Sabro rain down like a meteor shower engulfing a heavenly body without a protective atmosphere. Infusing the luxurious malt body with a complex array of flavours highlighting tangerines, berries and coconuts and ensuring that this beer is truly out of this world.
