“Chardonnay from the Mountadam Estate, established in 1972 in the cool subregion of High Eden at 550m above sea level. Pale straw with aromas of white peach, nectarine and citrus fruits with hints of clotted cream, lemon curd, soft spice, vanillin, crushed stone and nougat. There is a seam of fine, lacy acidity providing plenty of velocity and verve, pure citrus and stone fruits and a refreshing, dry savoury finish.”
