This release is usually only available as a namazake, but in this last run the supplier’s been able to get it hi-ire.
Light, dry, refreshing, and fruity, with a herbal touch and zippy acidity that pairs excellently with all manner of seafood dishes. Cod with lemon butter and capers, anyone?
