“Handpicked from a small vineyard in Lenswood, comprised of three clones on three different rootstocks, planted in the early 2000s as a research trial vineyard (ex SARDI). Tiraged in November 2017 and then aged on lees for 5.5 years. The colour is slightly golden, aromas of apple, ginger and roast almonds combined with flavours of brioche, apples and vermouth alike spices, very effervescent and creamy mouthfeel, finish dry.”
