“Macvin is an ancient style of winemaking in the Jura region of France, it is made by adding brandy to partially fermented wine. “Le Micmacvin” is a fortified blend of 50% Chardonnay 50% Savagnin and you can expect some intense, concentrated aromas and flavors in your glass. 17.8% it is made with unfermented grape juice and fortified by the Marc from the previous year. Only made 3 or 4 times a decade. Very special wine.”
