1 of 377 bottles, this is bottled at 45.9%. Distilled 2001 and bottled 2020.
A juicy and rich release, this carries some similar hallmarks of the Edrington blends we’ve tasted in the past few years, but there’s no way to be sure!

Nose: Chocolates filled with cherry brandy, oloroso sherry and red apples. Jam doughnuts and raspberry shortcake.
Palate: Delicious sherry character, clean as a whistle with not a hint of sulphur. Figs and dates, golden syrup and blackberry jam. Fantastic balance of old school sherry flavour and oak integration.
Finish: The dried fruit characters turn to sultanas and raisins, new leather goods and umami desserts.
