Born from the highly successful, and yet somewhat controversial Chinotto Cask I & II releases, this latest addition to the Lark core range makes for a bright, citrus & spice driven single malt, with a more moderated and accessible drinking experience than the releases before it. This whisky still maintains that bittersweet note, in a fantastic and unique manner, making for an excellent addition to the Lark collection.
Official Tasting Notes:
Nose: Zesty orange with custard and lemon meringue
Palate: Candied citrus peels, vibrant cola and buttery malt developing towards soft orange custard with a dusting of cinnamon
Finish: Lemon meringue pie with flashes of zest and spice
Arguably the most famous name in Australian whisky, Lark was founded in 1992 by Bill and Lyn Lark, the first couple of the modern industry. It is now a publicly-listed company.
