Soft, plush, and fun with lots of tropical fruit, banana bread & guava broken up with a bit of green freshness.Â
While technically ungraded, lovers of the honjozo style will definitely appreciate this.
The brewer also recommends trying this sake warmed, as the Kitajima brand itself is centred around a full-flavoured, dry, kimoto style.
