This collaboration between Jester King & Live Oak Brewing Co, begins with a decoction mash and czech hops brewed at Live Oak, it’s then subsequently transfered to Jester King where it is ferment with a combination of brewers and wild yeast. This beer will continue to develop and evolve in the beer and cellaring is recommended.
