Auvert Liqueur, an alpine-style botanical masterpiece also known as a Génépy. A harmonious fusion of herbal, spice, citrus, root, seed, and floral botanicals creates a captivating and complex balance. This Australian libation pays homage to the venerable Green Chartreuse, a liqueur with roots dating back to 1737, meticulously crafted by Carthusian monks high in the French Alps.
Batch 1 & 2 were perhaps Chartreuse-y in style, but not there yet, but the most recent batch blew us away. Its a lot closer than we expected an Australian Genepy could get.
