A full flavoured, moderately hopped beer, comprising of low bitterness, a balanced residual sweetness, a light ~misty~ haze, alongside an approachable 5% ABV.
Notes of pineapple and pine from the Australian Vic Secret hops, and a citric tropical punch from a dose of New Zealand Nelson Sauvin. We decided on a simple, yet silky malt base of Australian Pilsner Malt, Australian Wheat Malt, and Kiwi Malted Oats” – Hop Nation
