“This sparkling sake form Heiwa Shuzo is made with Yamadsa Nishiki rice. The rice is polished to 50% making this a Junmai Daiginjo sparkling sake. A fresh and textural style with a fine mousse and lingering palate. Green apple. white flowers, and melon. Brilliant as an aperitif, it also works well with lighter dishes.”
