Francois Voyer is one of the most reputable family run domaines in Cognac, making some of the best Cognacs and Mistelles on todays market.
Composed of 2/3 of grape juice and 1/3 of Cognac (approximately, the exact percentage is their secret), blended just after the grape harvesting. Aged in oak barrels more than 18 month after the blend.
Aromas of fresh fruit with hints of honey, pleasantly sweet. To be tasted cool as an aperitif, with some desserts (fresh fruit tart, fruit salad, vanilla cream) or with paté.
