Aged under a veil of yeast, in barrels, for 2 to 4 years.

Straw gold color. Notes of almonds, nuts, ripe white fruits, broom. On the palate, elegant, beautiful freshness with a slight salinity.

Match with marinated anchovies, Iberian ham, Comté, old sheep’s cheese, veal with almonds
