The grapes are harvested at the maturity of the Banyuls (VDN) but there is no mutage, so it remains a dry wine. 11 months in barrels

Deep purple color. Rich and complex nose, aromas of black fruits with hints of spices and pepper. Dense and powerful on the palate, with a finish on notes of black olive and liquorice.
