“Really attractive scents of preserved lemon, ginger, quince, a bit of smoked meat, wet slate and green herb. Clatters in the palate nicely with sweet citrus fruit characters but is minerally and dry, a little herbal, and anything but sweet, with saline characters on show. Finishes talc-like and powdery. Delicious. 93 pts.”
