A wonderful expression of Gredos Garnacha made in consult by the power team behind Comando G, Dani & Fer. Here they are trying to save growers from selling their land or ripping out their vineyards. By working with growers to provide higher quality fruit they have then assisted in producing and selling it. Sourced from 3 sites in the Tietar valley, the fruit is completely destemmed and fermented and aged in large concrete tanks. Its immediately Gredos when you taste the wine, the Granite comes through but is balanced by lovely dark cherries, black plums and lovely herbal tones. All the while frames but chalky tannins and refreshing acidity to stretch out a long finish.
