Clotilde’s lively Premier cru Montmains combines the minerality and the tension of its terroir. Richness, with notes of quince and plenty of texture on the palate. The vineyard expresses itself showing balance, elegance and great acidic drive. The finish is beautiful, evolving on your palate.
The vinification is traditional. The grapes are pressed with a pneumatic press, followed by fermentation in stainless steel to express the terroir of Montmains. Ageing on lees for 12 months.”
