45 year old vines of Gruner Veltliner & Riesling, Grapes are hand harvested, destemmed, and crushed by foot. The juice ferments in a large single barrel with indigenous yeast and no racking. Short 5 day skin maceration adding a lovely texture. It spends 1 year aging in barrel and is bottled without fining or filtering and no addition of sulfur.
