Cascahuin is a 4th-generation family affair; being in production since 1904. It is produced at the Tequila Cascahuin distillery (NOM 1123) in El Arenal, Jalisco.Â
The extra anejo utilises 100% Tequilana Weber agave that matures in the field for at least 12 years prior to harvest. Upon distillation it is matured for a further 4 years; producing a luscious, full-bodied Tequila with notes of roast agave, caramel, oak, vanilla, and dried pear.
