How to best enjoy this beer?
Moinette Brune is a fragrant beer, marked by the use of special malts that give it aromas of cocoa and chocolate, all enhanced by beautiful fruity notes (yellow fruit) and sweet spices (cloves, cinnamon). On the palate, it’s complex and delicate, with a bitterness that blends in well with the mellowness of the beer.
It is excellent at cellar temperature (about 12°C) or very slightly chilled, as an aperitif or with food. We like it with carbonnade (beef stew) and grilled meats… Can you imagine that perfect harmony between the malt and the caramelised meat?
