How to best enjoy this beer ?
This amber beer features strong fragrances and is marked by the selection of 5 special malts, accompanied by fruity peachy notes.
On the palate there is an explosion of praline aromas, combining chocolate, hazelnut and coffee. The clean bitterness makes this a beautifully light cocktail of flavours.
We recommend serving it at cellar temperature (12°C) or very slightly chilled, as an aperitif or with food.
At Christmas, it goes brilliantly with foie gras on toast with onion jam: a real treat! Whether you’ve got something to celebrate or just fancy a treat, a lovely glass of Moinette Ambrée goes perfectly with a selection of cheeses.
