Really concentrated at the back of the palate with a perfect acid balance. Crisp pure fresh apple finish yet perfectly ripe. 13.4% alcohol, pH 3.24. The wine offered in magnum format is a fractionally different cuvée but recognisably the same in style and quality. 92-95 points.”
