Patience 23 BA Imperial Stout: “The beer that started it all. aged in Australian single malt whisky barrels for 1 year. 1 whole year of waiting, looking at barrels & being patient, knowing it’s worth the wait. A complex beer tasting of dark chocolate, coffee & whisky, all balanced by a soft bitterness & that superb barrel-aged flavour. This beer was crafted Maris Otter, Roasted Barley, Biscuit, Brown, Chocolate, Crystal & Special B Malts, Northern Brewer & EKG Hops”
Big Otis BA Nitro Imperial Stout: “This is an experiment on Short barrel contact time which has resulted in smooth vanilla & caramel richness boosted by nitro in can to provide a rich creamy mouthful. Hey Porter, Hey Porter! BA Imperial Porter: “Smooth, delicate yet big & strong. This beer was aged in local Rye whisky barrels to deliver balanced whisky & vanilla backnotes with hints of chocolate & dried fruits.This beer was crafted with Maris Otter, Munich i & ii, Caramunich, Carafa Special, Chocolate Wheat & Dark Crystal.”
