‘Saline, pear and green melon, or something, but not overly fruity as such, plus a little white pepper/green chilli. Fleshy but fine, with a chalky feel, a little creaminess in with pear and apple, good balance and a stony and brine-laced finish. Very interesting. Different.’ – 94 points. Gary Walsh, The Wine Front
