‘Liquorice and flowers, ripe and inviting, stony and spicy, red and black fruits. Medium to full-bodied, fine glassy and mineral acidity and then a mass of shale-like tannin, ferrous and firm, cherry and raspberry, chalky open-knit tannin on a long finish. Distinctive. Beautiful wine. You could twist my arm for 96 points.’ – 95 points. Gary Walsh, The Wine Front
