The classic floral, dry vermouth from France’s Dolin. A light style, this is made with alpine herbs, plants and spices. Drink as an aperitif or in cocktails needing dry vermouth like martinis, gibsons and dry manhattans. Dolin was founded in 1815 and the vermouths are made to the same 1821 recipes today. They are one of the few remaining major independent producers of vermouth in France and were instrumental in the 1930s creation of the Vermouth De Chambery protected origin of vermouth production.
