Long term aged in refill sherry casks, flavour is at the forefront of this expression, with a rich, robust and mellowed profile. Beautifully presented in a high quality pottery, this particular bottle in inscribed with kanji reading 'Feelings of Gratitude'."

Nose: raisins, currants, green apple, pepper, blubeerry muffins, Christmas cake, black plums and sake. 
Palate: cream sherry, raspberries, oranges, macadamias, cashews, almonds, pepper, vanilla and iced latte.
Finish: maraschino cherry, cashews, toffee, apple, oak, peanut butter, and red grapes 
Pairing: marinated meats and coffee-flavoured desserts
