Built in 1897, Glen Moray produces a rounded, gentle spirit that's often associated with malt and pear-like fruits. Part of the same company that owns Glenmorangie and Ardbeg, Glen Moray has often flown under the radar but has grown in prominence in recent years.
The Whisky Cellar was founded by Keith Bonnington, a Keeper Of The Quaich, and is based out of Edinburgh. Before branching out on his own, Bonnington spend almost two decades in the Scotch industry with 11 years at Edrington working with Macallan, Highland Park and Glenrothes.
