"We have always hoped that one day hearts won’t need repairing. Alas, the day hasn’t come yet. This is a wine of comfort and gentleness. Is it a Pinot? Grolleau? Nope. It’s a proud Adelaide Hills Shiraz! One you’d fall in love with. Very delicate, soft edges. Bright red cherries, bursting pomegranate, açai and a pinch of white pepper. Hopefully a heart or two will get somewhat repaired in the process. Organically farmed Shiraz, grown by Mike and Margaret Sparrow, Mt. Torrens, Adelaide Hills."
