Fantastic junmai ginjo with a creamy citrus flavour.
Founded in 1823, Shata Shuzo was created by its founder Shata Tauemon, A traveller who was so impressed by his all the delicious sake he tasted on his journeys that he decided to create his own. Shata Shuzo is located in Hakusan, Ishikawa prefecture and only creates Yamahai style sake, an older technique which allows lactic acid to build up naturally in the fermenting starter and produces a naturally richer sake.
