Sud Polaire's high quality grape spirit is often used entirely for Gin, Vodka or other cocktail ingredients. Once in a while, however, they will do a spirit run that lends itself more towards Brandy. This Single Cask brandy from Domaine Simha is delicate, subtle, with nosing notes of nougat and vanilla, and a bright palate full of orchard fruits and mellow spice, this is a brandy punches well above its weight, with an exceptionally high quality spirit base.
