Dark plum compote aromaticity, laced with laurel leaf, Star Anise, and nutmeg. It is a primary expression of earth and vintage and of place, with oak’s waft and spice underplayed.
Plum fruit flavours intermingle with integrating tannins to produce a giving yet dry and long texture and flavour. This rounded fruit is cut with balancing acidity and grated dark chocolate’s moorish bitterness. It makes for a deft combination of velvet softness and textural grip.
