A single ex-sherry cask from the Glenallachie distillery in Speyside, bottled by Signatory Vintage.
This was distilled 24 September 2007 and bottled 2 June 2020 as a 12-year-old.
It was matured in first-fill sherry butt #900511 and at 64.8% produced 580 bottles.
A distillery that sat in the margins until its purchase by Billy Walker after he sold the BenRiach Distilling Co., some excellent core range releases have found exceptional counterparts in the indie world.
Part of the September 2020 allocation, very limited quantities into Australia.
