Shichida Junmai Ginjo

This sake shows tropical fruits such as lychee, peach and melon on the nose. Medium bodies sake with month coasting texture with steamed rice characters. A hint of fresh nuts and layer of flavour and umami. Clean and fresh finish. Deep fried tofu, grilled eel, cream based soups, miso based soups, roasted chicken and grilled steak.
