Saison Dupont Cuvée Dry Hopping Styrian Wolf

The specialty of this Saison is the dry hopping. A Slovenian variety Styrian Wolf  has been used which produces the more intensive hop aromas and touches of fruit (in particular passion fruit and pine resin). It became a coppery blond beer, dry and thirst-quenching with a bitterness and soft bitter aftertaste. Our selection of yeasts creates the aromas and bitter taste. A real refermentation in the bottle, which can go on for a long time in your cellar, results in a complex and very aromatic beer.aromatic beer.
