Sane and entire Sangiovese clusters, picked by hand in small crates, are inserted through gravity in the tank without being crushed or destemmed; the tank is then sealed and saturated with CO2: a whole-cluster fermentation began.
After 10 days the whole clusters are pressed, separating stems and skin from the juice itself.
This particular style of production leads to a wine with uniquely fresh bouquet and flavours. Purple red with violet tinges.
In the nose defined and bright hints of cherries, strawberry, raspberry and a subtle spicy hint.
In the mouth the flavours are enhanced, together with silky tannins and a vibrant body that make Lulone an easy-to-drink wine.
