Handcrafted Kentucky Straight Bourbon using time-honoured methods in the art of distillation and using only limestone spring water, carefully selected grains and secret strains of yeast. Aged in new white oak casks until fully mature and then bottled by hand in a beautiful pot still shaped bottle that is hand-numbered.
The nose is ” vanilla lemon cake”. The palate is a balance of caramel, vanilla, spices, and citrus. I’m not sure if they made the opulent bottle to match the Whiskey or vice versa. – Tasting notes courtesy of Bill Thomas, Jack Rose Dining Saloon
