The grapes of Barbaresco Masseria are harvested from vineyards located in Neive and Treiso. The vineyards have a southern exposure with a mix of clay and limestone in the soil. During the alcoholic fermentation the must remains for approximately 3 weeks in open-top stainless-steel tanks. Délestage, punching down and open-air pumping over operations are actioned daily. The malolactic is done in barriques.
