“A little skin contact, some malo, old barrels.
Yuzu, a slight umami chicken stock thing, almond, white flowers. It’s juicy with green pear and melon, a gentle bitterness, some chalky texture, a saline/savoury/oatmeal thing, lemon zest, gin and tonic, and apricot on a finish of good length and grip. Plenty of flavour and texture. Very interesting. 92pts.”

“Lemon oil, white flowers and kiwi fruit with hints of almond meal and stone fruit. White peach & citrus flavours; luscious mid palate with gentle, chalky phenolics; great balance and mouthfeel; perfect food wine!”
Syd Bradford, Winemaker
