It’s a fleshy wine, indeed, plump, with a plenty of spice and ginger root, earthy and silty, raspberry and redcurrant, but has this wild edge and joyous character and bounce. Finish is good too, with a lot of smudgy tannin to close. What fun. 93pts.”
