The Oak Barrel Sydney Rum Fair is back again for 2025!
This year we will be hosting the Sydney Rum Fair on Saturday the 2nd of August held right here at The Oak Barrel, across two sessions! Last year was a resounding success, with some incredible distilleries from both near and far joining us on the day! This year we hope to make it even bigger and better, with several returning distilleries, and plenty new faces!
With an incredibly wide range of different bottlings to try, from local to imported, funky and estery to rich and smooth, this will be one of the best ways to explore and learn about all the styles of Rum!

This year will also feature an Old & Rare Bar, with some truly exceptional & rare pours!
Your ticket price includes entry to the event, access to all samples during the day (strict RSA practices will be observed) plus a food voucher for use on the day!
Catering this year will once again be done by IRIE Caribbean Street food, with the option for Jerk Chicken or a Vegan Ital Curry.
The Sydney Rum Fair 2025 will be run across two sessions, one from 12pm to 3:30pm, and one from 4:30pm to 8pm.
