Pommeau is a Normandy style aperitif, over two years in the making. Apple Spirit distilled from our own cider is fused with freshly crushed apple juice in french oak barrels over 2 years to create a rare caramel, apple experience with the warmth of a spirit finish. Pommeau is best served chilled as an aperitif, with soft cheese, or as a digestive with baked apple tart or even drissled over some ice cream.
Once opened, keep your Pommeau in a fridge. Best enjoyed within about 6 weeks after opening.
