A true Rosé cider made from Red-Fleshed apples. The Huonville Crab is a Tasmanian apple variety that is red from core to skin with amazing berry-like flavour. We found these in a local grower’s orchard and thought we had to make something special.
Medium-sweet and lightly carbonated.
No shortcuts here: no berries, grapes or artificial colours. Just apples. A true Rosé cider.
