Tasting Notes
Nose: Freshly-cut grass is followed immediately by sticky caramel sauce and cinnamon-spiced apple strudel. A paper bag of candied mango lends a slightly tropical note.
Taste: Chili-dark-chocolate envelops the palate, leading onto delicious vanilla bean and a smattering of nutmeg. A spoonful of pear jam is spread on a buttery, flaky croissant.
Finish: A glass of elderflower-and-apple soda is poured, alongside a plate of caramelised pecans.
