They are bottled from single casks, at natural cask strength with zero colour or chill filtration!
Distilled in 2014, and aged 9 Years, with 4 and a half of those years spent in an ex-Banyuls Barrique, this Westland is the epitome of dessert. Chocolate, cherries, cardamom and coffee ooze off the palate. The whisky is suprisingly well refined, a balanced sweetness complementing the exceedingly rich spirit.
