This is one we have been looking forward to, Sagamore are one of our favourite new distilleries to grace the Australian market over the last two years.
A 95% Rye mash bill is what we like to see from a Maryland-style rye, and this release is no exception. Fresh & herbaceous but oh-so-smooth, plenty of oak spice and caramelised notes.
