Sachihime Rise Junmai Ginjo

One of our favourite sakes in a while, Sachihime Rise is produced usinng local Reiho rice, cultivated under contract with the sake rice production group “Ariake Sake Rice Research Group”. Moderately sweet with plenty of tropical fruit character, it’s a great showcase of Kyshu-style sake. The striking label design depicts a sun rising rising over the Ariake Sea, and was designed by the sake rice producers themselves.
