Description

Rolling Cask is a small, independent bottler based right here in Sydney. What started as a passion for great whisky and to seek out exceptional casks and share unique, memorable drams with fellow whisky lovers. Sourcing whisky from both Scotland and Japan, focusing on quality and character, Rolling Cask has made a name for themselves by obtaining spirit from well regarded distilleries, and by using rarer cask & oak styles such as Mizurnara and Sauternes casks.

Joining us on the night will be the founder and mastermind behind Rolling Cask, Roland Yap, who will be guiding us through the story behind the bottles, how he selects his casks, and more!  If you’ve ever wanted to know just what it takes to bottle incredible whisky, this will be the night!
